SHIPPING TERMS
Same Day Shipping Before 3 PM EST M-F:
We strive to ship quickly and most orders placed before 3 PM EST Monday-Friday will ship that same day, excluding all postal holidays. The first weekday after shipment is counted as the first day in transit.
Please note that FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Overnight will not be picked up or delivered on Saturday or Sunday. FedEx 2-Day is guaranteed on orders placed Monday-Wednesday before 3PM EST, and FedEx Overnight is guaranteed on orders placed Monday-Thursday before 3PM EST.
Contiguous USA Delivery:
We ship from South Carolina and use USPS and FedEx to ship within the United States. USPS First Class is not guaranteed. If you need guaranteed delivery, please select one of our FedEx options.
International Delivery:
International orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority, which is not a guaranteed service. Average transit time is 5-7 business days.
*Please note that all duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping charge.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking if available. Please note that delivery times for FedEx Overnight Guaranteed and FedEx 2-Business Days Guaranteed refer to business days only and exclude weekends and holidays. FedEx does not guarantee shipments that are delayed due to "acts of God" (weather) or incorrect addresses.
