Dr. Buzby's ToeGrips® for Dogs

I have a 160 lb Newfoundland who’s over seven years old, and my house is all hardwood floors. I’ve tried everything to help him get traction—keeping his nails trimmed, using dog show no-slip paw spray, and adding nonslip mats—but he still struggled to get up.

I honestly didn’t think he’d let me put the ToeGrips on, but with a little distraction, I got them on, and I’m amazed at how much they’ve helped! They give him just enough grip to push himself up without slipping and have really improved his confidence on the floors.

We’ve had them on for a couple of weeks now. I’ve lost a few here and there, but since they’re large, I’ve been able to find and reapply them easily. I’ll absolutely be buying these again and highly recommend them to anyone with a dog who struggles on slippery floors. They’ve made a big difference for my big guy!

Ivy is a 12 yr old chi the little girl would slip and fall on our hard wood floors,when we found the grips and put them on she could walk across the floors without falling,The grips stay on for about a month ,adventaly they wear down and have to be replaced,What a great product!we tried the boots but nothing would stay on because her paws are small,great product!Thank You! When I initially purchased these for my 12 year old 85lb lab who suffers from arthritis, my husband and I laughed for a good 5 minutes about how ridiculous they were. However, we were desperate to help our dog who was struggling to gain traction when trying to stand up on our wood floors. Within minutes of putting them on, he was standing up with much more ease! They definitely helped!! I deducted one star because within a week almost half of his toe grips had fallen off. Some we were able to find, but most were lost in our backyard.

My 11-year-old German Shepherd now doesn’t slip when he gets up. Thanks to your wonderful toe grips. They are great. I just wish they wouldn’t come off. Wish there was a glue to put them on, but thank you very much.

Jackson is nearly 20. He was having a lot of issues slidi g not standing easily. Since the new attire he has no issues getting up and running around.

I’m so happy these little toe grips work on my baby Paloma. She was paralyzed on her back legs for a year and with medications can now use them. She had so much trouble slipping and sliding on our floors until the vet put these on. She can now walk so much better. She did lose a few on the back and a couple on the front but she is doing well.

Hi - It is with a broken heart that I write to tell you I had euthanize Suki, my dog of nearly 18 years, last Friday, October 3. She had been wearing toe grips since July and they helped tremendously. My last order, end of September, I got a pack of replacement M size plus a pack of S size, because she had some claws that were narrower than others and she would lose the grips. I took photos of all four feet this time with the different color toe grips, so I could remember which color went on which toe. :)

I wrote another review early on (5 stars), and began filling out your online invitation to become an ambassador, which I would have loved. But right after that we had some days that were bad (her issues were all surrounding mobility) and I was concerned about becoming an ambassador and then having my dog die!!! Sounds awful... I know. So I did not complete the application.

Anyway, thank you so much, Team Buzby, for helping my dog's last few months be easier and more stable. She did great with the toe grips. Your customer service and feedback were terrific when I first applied them and didn't have them on quite right. I appreciated the same-day text replies.

I'm going to try to find someone with an elderly dog at my veterinarian's office and see if I can donate my toe grips to their dog and show them how to apply them. The toe grips will live on!!!

Agnes, our Pug, was born with spinal kyphosis which makes her unable to use her back legs. We have hardwood in most of our house, and it was difficult for Agnes to get around. We tried boots, socks, you name it. Then, I found toe grips, and we’ve never looked back. We’ve been using toe grips for several years now, and we are a regular subscriber. There is nothing like them on the market. They changed everything for Agnes!

I got these for our geriatric GSD who has osteoarthritis in his spine and knee. He no longer falls down and can’t get up on our hardwood floors. He moves around a lot more again after gaining confidence back with the toe grips. They get a 5 for performance but a 4 for longevity. A few fell off within the first 12 hours. We put the last extras we had from the packet but lost 2 more immediately. I wish there was a more secure way to keep them on.
