Dr. Buzby's ToeGrips® for Dogs

Our lab HATES his feet touched. Nail trimming is a very rare occurrence. He amazingly let me put the toe grips on and wiggle them up his toes! I notice immediate results. He gets up off the wood floors easier and without sliding, has better footing when standing at his bowls, and lowers himself to the ground with ease no longer plopping to the floor. I never thought these would’ve worked as well as they have or in as short amount of time. I have to reapply them after some trips up and down the carpeted stairs but that’s not too bad.

I saw these on IG and was very skeptical about something so simple actually working, but it’s true! My 16 year old pittie mix has been slipping on our hardwood floors and would plop himself down. But after putting these toe grips on, he’s walking so much better and easier and is better able to lower himself to the ground. I have had to replace a few of the grips so I’m not sure if we have the right size, but I’m willing to continue buying these for the rest of his life if it makes his quality of life better!

It actually works pretty good. I gave it a 4 because some grips slowly came off after a few days, but they actually help my fur baby.

I ordered this product for my 2 year old pooch to try to reduce some slipping on our hardwood floors. I will absolutely recommend this product to everyone with an older dog and definitely buy them for mine when the time comes.

We have a sweet 80lb Rottweiler named Lexi. She has had an ACL repair surgery and arthritis in both hips. We tried to help putting rugs all over the house, but now she has traction on any surface. I definitely see an improvement and they were so easy to apply. She has lost one, even with the glue, but that’s easy enough to fix. Overall very satisfied.

Gracie, my Curr/Airedale retired cowdog, is a family member to me and has been by my side for 17 years. She’s my heart dog and I’ll do whatever I can for her to keep her by my side a little longer. I purchased the nail guards for her because she struggles on our hardwood floors. Once I put her nail guards on, they instantly helped her control her feet & gave her much more traction. I’m totally sold.

My 18 year old pup has been having a terrible time slipping on our hardwood floors. I put rugs all over to try to help but it just wasn't enough- he would still slip in areas with no rug. I ran across these Toegrips in a facebook ad and was very skeptical but was desperate to try to find a better solution so I tried them. Immediately he was walking around with no slips!! He seemed puzzled at first and it was a little funny but he has regained his confidence getting around the house now. The only issue I have is that we have only used them for 2 weeks and already a few have been lost (outside I think when he goes out to potty). I have found some when they come off inside but in grass- theyll never be found. This will be very expensive to continue re-buying all the time to replace.

My 13 yrs old Ridgeback was recently diagnosed with IVDD between C2-C7 causing mobility issues in his rear. This results in dragging his nails on the ground or flipping his paw over sometime when he walks. This has been wearing down his nails rapidly. We are using these amazing toe grips on his rear legs and it works perfectly to protect his nails from wearing down.

They wouldn't fit over my dogs nails like the picture showed. The ones I did get in he is slowly shedding as he walks around. I asked to exchange for a larger size, but have not heard back

My 14+ year old 65 pound dog has been a low traction boy since the day we rescued him at 5 years old. However in his advancing years it has become a major problem with bad hips, arthritis etc. that has lead obviously to weaker and weaker muscles, joints, etc as he tries to stay on carpeted areas only! He eats a health diet, has monthly injections of liberella which has helped on top of joint supplements and anti inflammatory meds. HOWEVER….. it wasn’t until these tiny little purple miracles that there was any vast improvement. Now this is not a dog who is ever gonna run around like a puppy again. But to see him be able to just get up from sleeping on hardwood or tile and not look like a deer on a frozen pond is simply outstanding. He gets around on hard surfaces much much easier to the point he actually will at least attempt to play with the other pups again. And is not so much of a couch potato anymore. Walks are getting longer again without him needing to lay down and take a rest. Highly recommend toe grips for any dog having traction issues.
