Return Policy

To arrange a return, please contact us within 30 days of product purchase for return authorization. We will provide a simple form for you to complete and instructions on how to return any remaining product and original packaging. Upon return receipt, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping charges.

Returns submitted without prior written authorization, and/or postmarked more than 30 days from the date of purchase are not eligible for a refund and will be donated to a senior dog shelter, rescue, or sanctuary. Please note that insufficient postage will be deducted from your refund.
